By accessing or using the Agentic Back Office website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Description of Services
Agentic Back Office provides an AI-native insurance operations platform, including policy administration, customer relationship management, and accounting automation tools. Access to certain features may require a subscription or service agreement.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Use the services for any unlawful purpose
- • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the services
- • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the services
- • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the services without permission
- • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security

The services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Agentic Back Office Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
6. Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, data processing terms are included in the applicable service agreement and comply with UK GDPR and EU GDPR requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Back Office Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
